Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use NOBUZZ.
• If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

2. Accounts and Sign-In

• In versions that support account sign-in, new users create an account with Apple, Google, or email/password where available. This account stores your plan and progress.
• Existing device-based accounts remain supported. They are not automatically converted into Apple or Google accounts, and access may depend on retaining the original device credentials.
• Keep access to your sign-in method secure. You can delete your account from the app’s Settings → Data & Privacy or contact contact@savuko.com for help.

AI Support

Support Chat provides AI-generated behavioral support. It can make mistakes and does not replace medical care or emergency help. It cannot diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or change your tracking records. Contact a qualified professional for medical advice and local emergency services when you need urgent help.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use NOBUZZ in any way that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory.
• Promotes illegal activity or self-harm.
• Interferes with or disrupts the app’s operation or security.

We may restrict or terminate access for violations.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Available plans, prices, billing periods, and any trial offers are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region and platform.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal according to the terms of the store where you subscribed.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings, depending on where you purchased it.
• Free trials convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
• Refunds are handled by the store where you purchased, according to its refund policy.

5. Health and Safety Notice (Not Medical Advice)

• NOBUZZ is a wellness and habit-support tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and is not a medical device.
• Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns related to nicotine dependence, withdrawal, or mental health.
• If you experience a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

6. Intellectual Property

NOBUZZ, including app content, features, and design, is owned by Constantin Gînga or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

NOBUZZ is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation, or that the app will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOBUZZ and Constantin Gînga are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the app.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for security/operational reasons. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted in the app or on our website, indicated by the “Last Updated” date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
